How long does it take to launch on TikTok Shop?

Most brands go live within 7–14 days of onboarding. The exact timeline depends on your entity documentation and how quickly TikTok processes verification, which we actively manage and follow up on your behalf.

For brands that already have a Seller account set up, we can move faster. For new entities starting from scratch, we build the timeline into your onboarding plan so there are no surprises.

How do you handle sales tax and financial compliance?

We handle full Nexus tax registration and settlement reporting across all states where your sales create tax obligations. Who owns the UGC and creative assets your team produces?

You do. Clients retain 100% rights to all studio-produced assets, scripts, briefs, video content, and any creative materials developed by our UGC lab for your brand. Full stop.

This is written into every engagement contract. We don’t hold content hostage, we don’t retain licensing rights, and we don’t repurpose your brand assets for other clients. What we build for you belongs entirely to you.

Do you handle Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) inventory?

Yes. We provide full prep and labeling for Fulfilled by TikTok inventory, including product inspection, FBT-compliant packaging, labeling, and inbound shipment creation to TikTok’s fulfillment centers.

This runs out of our Houston hub alongside your DTC fulfillment, so you don’t need a separate facility or logistics partner for FBT. One warehouse, one point of contact, both channels handled.

Are your hosts and creators native English speakers?

All hosts and creators in our network are native-level English speakers. This is a non-negotiable standard for every affiliate and creator we recruit into your program.

We specifically build our creator roster for the US domestic market, culturally fluent, on-trend with US consumer language, and capable of producing content that converts with American audiences. Non-native content is one of the most common reasons TikTok Shop affiliate programs underperform, and we’ve designed our network to eliminate that risk entirely.

How do you protect our brand and intellectual property on TikTok?

We provide proactive assistance with TikTok Brand Registry enrollment and ongoing IP monitoring. This includes registering your brand with TikTok’s intellectual property system, setting up monitoring alerts for counterfeit listings or unauthorized use of your brand identity, and filing takedown requests on your behalf when violations are detected.

How do you connect TikTok Shop and Amazon with our existing systems?

We run daily syncing with industry-standard ERPs and multi-channel platforms, including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Shopify, and custom WMS solutions. Inventory levels, order data, and financial settlements are synchronized across your channels so your back-office always reflects what’s actually happening on the selling platforms.

For brands on Shopify, we build the integration directly into your store architecture. For brands on other platforms, we use API connections or middleware solutions depending on what your stack requires. Nothing is manual, nothing is spreadsheet-based.

How does your pricing model work?

We use a flexible hybrid model, a fixed monthly retainer plus a performance commission. The retainer covers operational management, staffing, and infrastructure. The commission component aligns our incentives directly with your revenue growth.

This structure means we’re not incentivized to run up hours or pad deliverables, we win when you win. Exact figures depend on which services you’re engaging and your current revenue stage. We scope all pricing on the strategy call so you have full clarity before committing to anything.
